C24 graded, kiln dried and Tanalised pressure treated 47mm x 100mm sawn timber. Strength graded to BS 4978 for reliable load-bearing performance in structural applications including floor joists, roof rafters and stud work.
Kiln dried to 20% moisture content or less for improved stability and reduced movement on site. Regularised (planed all round) for consistent sizing, finishing approximately 2mm under nominal thickness and 5mm under nominal width. Meets current building regulation requirements for structural softwood.
