Top Sash Meeting Rail – Premium Sash Window Parts for Heritage Properties

Once any part has been cut or fitted, it is excluded from warranty coverage. Warranty claims are only valid for products that have not been modified or altered in any way. All sash window parts must be fitted by a certified or competent person. We are not liable for any issues that arise from improper installation. We are not responsible for any issues arising from building regulations, Listed Building Surveys, or Historic Buildings Surveyors or any other such regulatory, professional or other inspection. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all installations comply with relevant regulations and standards. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not extend to any consequential losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of product installation or use.
