Due to increasing national demand for our goods, we use a range of third parties to help complete some deliveries. For clarity, we use the term Courier to indicate a light weight parcel service. Heavy or bulky items such as Construction timber are restricted from this service. For Heavy or Bulky goods, we use a specialist hauliers to complete these deliveries. See "Out Of Area Timber Deliveries" page for more information on that service. Items suitable for a lightweight courier will be clearly labelled as such on the product page.
Our network of courier partners cover the whole of the UK, but are limited to what they are able to carry through their network. We have expanded our courier network to offer longer length deliveries where required, so we are now able to offer deliveries on goods up to 6 meters in length across the UK.
Some selected timber products, such as beadings and door linings, are able to go through this courier network, but this is not suitable for all timber goods even if they are shorter or lighter than restrictions listed. All goods suitable for this delivery option will be highlighted on the product page on the website. These items will be clearly indicated by either text or a symbol designating courier delivery. Most hardware and fixings are suitable for courier delivery, unless otherwise stated.
In the unlikely event where the courier delivery option is available on the checkout page, and the products are not suitable for courier delivery; if a suitable alternative delivery solution cannot be agreed, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order and offer a full refund.
Courier costs depend on a range of factors including weights, volumes, lengths and fuel prices. It would be inaccurate to provide a fixed delivery cost on this page. We recommend you add the items you require to your shopping basket, where you will have the option to get a live quote for your delivery.
Many couriers will offer a 24 hour delivery service. However, we may not always be able to offer a same day dispatch service on courier orders. All courier deliveries will be sold as a 2-3 working day delivery, although we will always strive for faster.
