Our dedicated machining team have access to over 300 custom made profile cutters that we have created over the years. With our specialised multi head spindle molders we can create a wide range of machined goods from softwoods, hardwoods or engineered timber.
Machining Profiles include:
- Skirting Boards and Architrave - Whether you need to match an original profile, or something bespoke, we machine skirting and architrave in-house. From inset Smart LED Lighting to Period Correct Victorian Profiles, we can make the exact profile you need for your next project.
- Staircase Parts - We supply a number of stair makers across the UK producing premium stair components. We offer a wide range of staircase handrail and base rail profiles, Jigs and profiles for decorative stringers, jigs and layouts for bespoke newels and spindles.
- PSE & Dimensional Timbers. We have dedicated machinery for milling timber to exact dimensions.
- Bespoke Picture rails, dado rails, beadings & mouldings. We offer a made to match service, and a range of standard profiles to suit all budgets and decors.
- Window components - We supply bespoke window components for a number of builders and contractors to enable them to carry out on-site repairs within various buildings. From replacement sash window parts to entire new frames, we can work with your contractors to get the parts you need.
